Cancellation Policy 

1.1 Order Modification: You can modify your order, including changing delivery address, delivery date, or meal selections, a day before the scheduled delivery. Please log in to your account on our website to make these changes. If you encounter any issues, contact our customer support team for assistance.

1.2 Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order a day before the scheduled delivery. If you cancel within the allowable time frame, you will receive a full refund.

1.3 Late Cancellation: If you attempt to cancel your order after the specified cut-off time, we may not be able to process your cancellation, and you may be charged for the order.

Everyday Tiffins Subscription Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Everyday Tiffins for your meal subscription needs. We aim to provide delicious and convenient meals tailored to your preferences. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. Below is our refund policy outlining the process for cancellations:

Cancellation Notice Period:

Customers with nearly a month subscription must provide a minimum of 2 weeks' notice prior to the next billing cycle. In this case, the customer will receive meals for 2 weeks. If the customer chooses not to receive meals for this period, the company will deduct the amount for 12 meals from the refund amount.
Customers with 15 days of subscription left must provide a minimum of 1 week's notice. In this case, the customer will receive meals for 1 week, and if they choose not to receive meals, the company will deduct the amount for 6 meals from the refund amount.
Customers with less than 15 days of subscription left must provide 4 days' notice. In this case, the customer will receive meals for 4 days, and if they choose not to receive meals, the company will deduct the amount for 4 meals from the refund amount.
Relocation:

If a customer is relocating to another province or country, the company may require proof or details of relocation to proceed with the refund process.
Taste Related Refunds:

Everyday Tiffins has a non-refund policy for taste-related issues. We encourage everyone to sample our meals before committing to a subscription to ensure satisfaction with our food quality and services.
Service Related Issues:

In cases of service-related issues, the company reserves the right to investigate and make decisions on a case-by-case basis.
